2003 is a split year. Some trucks carry this body style (3rd gen) while others still carry the older body style. 
2009 is also a split year, Some trucks carry this body style while others switched over to the newer body style.

It does not make a difference if your truck is four-wheel drive or two-wheel drive. The badges on the side are just stickers and make no mechanical difference.

Freight Shipping Information
All truck beds & cabs ship via insured flatbed trailer to business or residential locations. Truck beds can be unloaded with just about any piece of equipment or 1-3 guys, they only weigh 3-400 lbs.
Beds get loaded upside down with padding between them and the trailer.
Truck beds & cabs have a 1-4 week handling time depending on your location.
